Came down from heaven


Deuteronomy 8:3 | And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.


John 6:33 | For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.

Acts 10:42 | And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead.


Matthew 16:27 | For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done.

Matthew 1:18 | Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.


Matthew 3:11 | I baptize you with water for repentance, but he who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.


Matthew 3:16 | And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him.

2 Corinthians 3:17 | Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.


2 Corinthians 3:6 | Who has made us competent to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.


John 3:5-6 | Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
